Information for Donators

                      

Donations will be open from November 14th, 2013 through Friday, March 28th, 2014 at 11:59 pm US Central Time. The minimum donation is $5 and this ensures that you will receive the compilation. You may donate to any organization for Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes.

Once you have made your donation, you will receive a receipt from the organization via email. All you do is forward that receipt to me fandom.a.juvenilediabetes@gmail.com and your information will be added to the list of compilation recipients. Thank you all in advance for your generosity.
